upon careful preparation of a kabiven 1900kcal (2053ml) tpn pack for my patient, an accidental tearing of the left side of the package bag occured causing its contents to spill all over me. most prolly from a manufacturer's defect. i've heard incidence of these sort from my workmates however this was the first time i experienced it first-hand. charge it to experience! darn it!
